Girl Utena. "They changed the lines, which totally screws with the
meaning, and this anime is all about meaning and wordplay."
D: Fox's Escaflownay (Vision of Escaflowne). "Why does 'Dilandow' (Dilandau) have the voice of a 7-year-old girl? And where the hell did the first episode go??"
L: "AXN's (Singapore TV) Samurai X (Rurouni Kenshin). "Ugh! Why did they use Pokemon voice actors? And why did they cut the last letter off Kenshin's name to make it 'Kenshi'?"
S: Teletoon's Cardcaptors (Card Captor Sakura). "Madison? MADISON? And why is Sakura's last name 'Avalon'? Why change the names?"
T: English Sailor Moon, Ocean Studios version of Sailor Moon S/ SuperS. "Why do Pluto, Neptune, and Uranus have the same voice actress? Why does she not attempt to change her voice for any of these characters? And speaking of Uranus, since when is it pronounced 'Urinis'? And what happened to all the interesting plot points? Where's the content? Why is this being presented as an empty, silly girl-show?"
W: AXN's (Singapore TV) Flame of Recca. "They even kept the name. It's even spelled phonetically. Yet they STILL call Recca "Rika". What the hell is that? And why do 7 of the "bad guys" have the same voice? I wanted to shoot myself, I was so bored watching this."
